requim....they did not meet my requirements. i want a guild that can down lich king as a GUILD and not have to pug people for it and fail.

My comrades jests aside I'd like to ask you some questions and see how you anwser them.

1) You are speced into suppression for the full 3 points.  You are already WAY over hit cap, 14%.  If I recall the numbers correctly you are currently hard capped for melee dual wielding white hits which by popular concensice is too high to even bother with.  So you are amazingly over spell hit cap.  Why?

1a) Alsoyou are speced into Imp Shadow Bolt.  I didn't think SB was even part of the destro rotation did that change?

1b) You also have shadowfury and shadow burn and Soul Leech.  We have anumber of other classes who fill the replenishment role very well.  Does your current guild not?  Is that why you have imp Soul Leech?  Shadow Burn...with the massive focus on Fire damage I thought shadow burn just wasnt competitive with other nukes in the Destro rotation is that not the case?  And finally I thought the only use of shadowfury was on Deathbringer Hard mode where the beasts absolutly must be stunned have you found another use for it?

2) Your glyphs.  This is a PvE focused guild.  Conflag is a given for PvE, Chaos Bolt...I cant quite remember if this was a good one or not but lets assume it is.  And finallly...Shadowflame?  It serves no point in the PvE frame where the main focus is Bosses who are immune to slows.  Why do you have it instead of say Incin?

3) Your choice of spending badges.  I approve of your choice of cape.  It is one of the best capes you can get at your gear level.  But why the Trinket and the Teir pants?  Since you are so far over hit cap wouldn't it have been better to get the robe and shoulders for your four piece instaed of getting The trinket and the pants?

4) Why don't you have your 4 pc T10?  That 10% more damage is amazing no matter what spec you are.  Is there a reason you don't have it?

5) How can you not have a screen shot of your raiding UI.  Isn't it simply joining a raid group and pressing Print Screen key?  Or does your keyboard lack that key?

6) Your meta gem.  Don't get me wrong, Spell Power is nice...but 2% int is completely worthless for usless you have, if memory serves, something on the order of 2000 int its still less crit than the +21 crit rating gem which also gives you the massive boost to crit damage.  Is there a reason you picked your meta gem?

7)  I am in the same boat as you on the Raid parse my computer just cant handle making them.  But most guilds have an officer or someone with a computer that can log the raid for you and they typically post it to a site like World of Logs.  Is this not the case for your guild?

8)  You say you laugh at construtive critisism does that mean you just shrug it off?  You ignore it?  What exactly do you mean by laugh?

9) Your professions.  We claim to be a casual guild ut personally I doubt it.  Mainly becuase we ask that core raiders have professions that help them support the raid on thier main raiding character.  Herbalism doesn't seem to offer any direct buff to a warlocks utilty is there a reason you chose it?  Also mining seems to add even less utility and you don't have that maxed...is there a reason for this?  Did you just recently pick it up and if so why?

10)  Your experiance.  We are not simply killing Lich King we are making progression attempts on Heroic mode.  Do you have any HMs at all under your belt?  Even Uld or ToGC or ICC 10 would be helpful.
