I started in WOLK! I have raided up to Professor in ICC 10m and ICC 25m. I've also completed 10/25Naxx, 10/25ToC, 10ToGC up to Anub, 10/25Ony, 10/25Maly, Most of Ulduar10/25. All heroics as well.

08. Previous Guilds and why you left them?

I left because I was going to a friend's guild. I was in Hand of Doom for six months i believe and still friends with all of them. This is the guild I went to after Hand of Doom. I was told by a friend that the guild had full clear ICC on farm and was lied to. It wasn't even about the raids it was about the immaturity of guild leaders and officers with each other. I am a mother and frankly don't have the patience for that.

09a What other mmo have you played before WoW ?

This is the first MMO game I have ever played! I started playing when I was pregnant and fell in love with WoW!

10a. How do you manage constructive criticism ?

I believe that is the only way to learn. I did competitive cheerleading my whole life which taught me how to take directions, and also lead when given the chance.

I'm a stay at home mom who loves to play WoW! I'm a fast learner and great at what I do.

12. Why should Datus Mortalis recruit you?

I’m a loyal person looking for a professional guild. I am a hard worker, I learn fast, I'm easy to get along with, and always down to help gear guildies in a raid I need nothing from.

Day of your death or something along those lines...I am guessing it is Latin.

I don't have any at the moment. But I pull on average 7k in raids.

16. Any additional comments you would like to add?

I want to be in a stable successful raiding guild, and want to feel as though I have contributed to the success of the guild. I have been researching Datus Mortalis for a while and really interested in joining. I really feel I could add a lot to raids not only with my DPS but with my cooperation. Even if I am not accepted I appreciate you at least reading my application! Good luck regardless in the future!

I'm just curious as to why you would spend your frost emblems on a trinket, rather than get a piece of tier 10. You can correct me if I'm wrong, but I was pretty sure that you need a good bit of ArP for MM which that trinket doesn't seem to provide (however something like NES or DBW could provide). Also, unless I've missed something, it doesn't seem like you're meeting the requirement for your meta gem. Keep in mind, I don't play a hunter and am not an officer in the guild; these are just my thoughts on your application.

You don't have a raid parse. ( Get one or this application can not go further )

I don't want to be rude but its fairly clear that you probably know how to play this game decently, but you don't have any idea what's required of you in a raiding guild.

I suggest you do some research into the hit cap, armor pen cap (which is required for marks hunters), glyph choices, and raiding professions. Once you've done those things feel free to reapply.

I'm sorry but we don't really have the time or patience to "teach" people about the ropes of raiding at this point. Thanks for applying and good luck in the future.

I'm sorry, Zaletha, but I don't think you're quite ready for Datus.  You were very pleasant to chat with, but we need people that know their classes inside and out.  Without a response to our questions regarding your application, I'm afraid I'm going to have to deny it at this time.
